As a Consultant at Bonzer, you'll be working in a squad (team) consisting of 3-6 consultants. Together, you'll help some of the most ambitious companies level up their marketing and customer acquisition efforts through organic marketing / SEO.
We expect you to have prior experience with consulting, marketing, or something similar, but not necessarily organic marketing and SEO. What we look for in consulting candidates are cultural matches and career track-records.
In a typical week, you'll work with analysis and client strategies, execute on roadmaps, and meet with clients.

You manage the structure and back end of projects through accurate budgeting, scoping, and forecasting. You prioritize to maximize output, resulting in successful retention, upselling, and overall positive impact on business KPIs.
You manage your utilization targets successfully and with ease, including overall utilization and billable target. In addition, you manage your time effectively to positively impact your external and internal contributions.
