We're looking for a talented and driven Junior Consultant to join our mission of democratizing the marketing industry by helping our ambitious clients succeed with their organic marketing efforts.

As a Junior Consultant at Bonzer, you'll be working in a squad (team) consisting of 3-6 consultants. Together, you'll help some of the most ambitious companies level up their marketing and customer acquisition efforts through organic marketing / SEO.

In the Junior Role, you’ll learn the ways of organic marketing, client management, and consulting. In this role we have low expectations when it comes to experience — but we have sky-high expectations when it comes to skills and cultural matches 

Language qualifications:

• Danish (Native/Bilingual proficiency)
• English (Full professional proficiency)

In the Junior role, we don’t expect you to be able to handle any area on an independent level, but we expect you to deliver well with support from experienced colleagues.

• Client management (with support from experienced consultants)

You manage our clients and client relationships at a satisfactorily high level. You successfully communicate our service in a manner that enables our clients to connect it to their overall business goals. Your approach is successful in every client situation and communication form. 

• SEO strategy (with support from experienced consultants)
  

You successfully develop and shape clients' SEO strategies. You do this through solid product knowledge, critical thinking, and business understanding. 

• Project management (with support from experienced consultants)
  

You manage the structure and back end of projects through accurate budgeting, scoping, and forecasting. You prioritize to maximize output, resulting in successful retention, upselling, and overall positive impact on business KPIs. 

• Utilization (with support from experienced consultants)
  

You manage your utilization targets successfully and with ease, including overall utilization and billable target. In addition, you manage your time effectively to positively impact your external and internal contributions.
