What is your educational and professional background?
"I have a master’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. I’ve worked in the service industry for more than 10 years, and besides that I’ve worked in marketing and product development at a travel agency."
Which three words would you highlight about working at Bonzer?
- Unpredictable
- Great team spirit
- Instructive
What does a typical workday look like for you?
"Most of my days contain a lot of meetings — both internal meetings with my team and external meetings with clients. I spend a lot of time communicating with the different departments of Bonzer, discussing specific approaches and ways to handle client tasks. It’s important that we’re all aligned, and I take great pride in making sure of that. Also, I put a lot of effort into making sure my squad members are thriving, and I assist on strategies and tasks where my competencies are needed the most."
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
"That I get to see how impactful the work that I and my squad do for our clients — it’s super cool to see that what you do actually makes a difference and helps companies grow bigger and better."
What do you like to do when you get off work?
"Hanging out with friends is my typical go-to activity when I get off work. I relax and get my mind off the laundry that fills up my bedroom, and the grocery shopping that I know my fridge is waiting for. The same thing goes for working out: it’s also my space to de-stress, and I’ve learned that my workouts give me that extra focus during the day."
How do you handle your work-life balance?
"I’ve come to learn that SEO never sleeps, and neither do clients. Therefore, my work sometimes requires a bit more of me, my prioritization skills, and my time during or at the end of the week. Because of that, I usually try to get my personal to-dos done at the beginning of the week (working out, cleaning, laundry, and stuff like that). And if it turns out work doesn’t require extra time one week, I can spend that time hanging out with friends a bit more and going out Thursday to Saturday, and recharging Sunday."
