Linnea was the very first Content Specialist to join Bonzer’s Oslo office in August, 2021. After almost a year of impressing all of us with her writing skills, she got a very well-deserved promotion to her current position as Senior Content Specialist.

The bigger questions:
What is your educational and professional background?
"I have a bachelor’s degree in PR, media, and communication, but I started my career working as a journalist for the local paper while studying media and communication in high school. In other words, writing and creating content have always been part of my career as well as some of my great passions.
During my student years I also worked several internships and part time jobs where I’ve worked with marketing, social media, and content production."
Which three words would you highlight about working at Bonzer?
What does a typical workday look like for you?
"I usually start off my day with a cup of tea while looking through my tasks for the day; at Bonzer, every day is different because we work with a bunch of different clients across a variety of fields. So one day I’m writing about banking, and the next day I’ll be writing food recipes.
Writing about so many different topics naturally also means that I spend a lot of my time on research.
I also participate in both internal and external meetings with coworkers and clients to ensure the best possible SEO content, and to make sure that the content perspective is kept in mind through every aspect of the process."
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
"I think the coolest thing about my job is that I’m always learning. First of all, SEO is always changing, and an important part of my job is to stay updated with all these changes.
On top of that, I’m constantly introduced to so many new and interesting topics through our various clients, and I get to spend my time researching and learning about all these different fields and topics."
What do you like to do when you get off work?
"Right after work, I usually head straight to the park for a walk. Otherwise, you’ll find me at the gym. When I’m resting, I like to watch Netflix or look for new music on Spotify.
When I have some extra time, I love exploring the city and new neighborhoods, visiting cafes with friends, or just simply hanging out."
How do you handle your work-life balance?
"For me, work-life balance is about spending my time efficiently. If I spend my working hours efficiently, I know that I’ve done my best during the work day. That way I can comfortably close my work laptop when I clock out and enjoy my spare time without having to think about my work tasks. I believe this helps me recharge and spend both my work hours and spare time in the best way possible."
