Your candidate experience matters
We know it can be a bit nerve-wracking to apply for a new job. But we also know that it often comes with a lot of faith and eagerness, and we want to support and promote that.
Therefore, we want to be as transparent as possible about our way of recruiting and the process of applying for a job with us.

We’re here to help you succeed
We hope that you’ll land your dream job just as much as you do. Therefore, it’s in our great interest to help you figure out whether your dream job is with Bonzer or if you would be better off searching elsewhere. We want you to succeed and to be part of creating a constructive and helpful candidate experience — regardless of whether you join us or not.

Competencies and personality over resumes
Resumes can tell you a lot about a person's choices and interests, but they won’t show you what people are truly skilled at. Because of that, we don’t value your resume the most. We value your competencies, personality, and the way you solve the case you are given by us when applying. So don’t let yourself be intimidated by the many fancy resumes you see out there — your resume won’t seal your fate in our eyes.

We want your feedback!
The application and interview process is a two-way street. We’ll give you feedback, but your feedback to us is just as important. This is the only way we get better and improve our way of approaching new potential Bonzer colleagues.
The application process: step by step

Submit your application
You submit your application by submitting your resume and motivation story. You’ll hear from us within seven days on whether or not we see you as a potential fit for the role you’ve applied for.

Online job interview
If we see a potential fit, our People & Talent Acquisition Specialist or Hiring Manager will reach out to you and invite you to a first online job interview. Here, we’ll want to get to know you a bit more.

Next steps assessment
We’ll assess whether or not we should move forward with a second interview. If yes, you’ll receive a case to solve before the interview. You’ll typically have four days to solve the case. If we decide not to move forward, you’ll receive a constructive reason why.

Second interview
The second interview is physical: we’ll invite you for a coffee and a chat at our office. At this stage, your potential closest manager will attend, and we’ll go through your solution to the case you were given.

Final decision
We’ll debrief, and if we agree that you’re the one, we’ll call you and offer you the job. If not, we’ll also get back to you with constructive feedback to use in your further job hunt.

Preboarding
As soon as we have your signature, it all begins. Before starting, you’ll receive access to our internal knowledge platform so you can familiarize yourself with the way we operate at Bonzer before your first day.

Onboarding
On your first day at Bonzer, your onboarding begins. You’ll take part in our global Academy, and your lead will introduce you to your tasks and to all your team members.
